KM Property Funds ('KMPF') respects your right to privacy and this policy sets out how we collect and treat your personal information. 'Personal information' is information we hold which is identifiable as being about you.

Depending on the complexity of your complaint we will consider and respond to it within seven to 30 days. We will use our best endeavours to resolve the complaint to your satisfaction. However, if you are not satisfied with our response, you are entitled to contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.

When you visit our website KM Property Funds does not directly collect information from users of the website. Your email address will not be recorded unless you send us a message. It will not be automatically added to a mailing list.

Neither the registry nor KMPF will release your personal information to anyone outside KMPF without your permission.
