KM Property Funds holds an Australian Financial Services License (No. 442806) authorising it to act as a responsible entity for Registered Managed Investment Schemes it manages. KM Property Funds provides compliance services to the property funds it manages.
Corporate governance is the system by which companies are directed and managed. It influences how the objectives of the company are set and achieved, how risk is monitored and assessed, and how performance is optimised.
KM Propertry Funds, through its Board, Board Committees and management is committed to meeting stakeholders’ expectations of sound corporate governance, while seeking to deliver investors stable and reliable income from commercial property investments.
The Board has created a framework for managing KM Property Funds and the entities it controls, including putting in place relevant internal controls and a risk management process.
The following policies describe the key elements of KM Property Funds' governance regime. Adherence to these policies and procedures within every operational facet of the business is constantly and independently monitored. In addition these policies are independently reviewed at least annually to ensure they identify and manage any governance risks.
