David co-founded KM Property Funds with Mario Papaleo after more than three decades of experience in managed investment schemes, with a particular focus on unlisted funds management.

David has held a number of senior management positions at Heine Management, MCS Property and Centro Properties Group, before joining forces with Mario to offer reliable and accessible unlisted property trusts through the KM Property Funds stable of assets.

He has experience across a broad range of areas, including commercial property management, development, funds management and corporate finance.

“Mario and I started KM Property Funds because we saw that most people were already invested in residential property and it makes sense to diversify in another property class, such as commercial, that is tax-deferred. Essentially, we are about providing high-quality real estate investment opportunities to all investors.”

David holds a Bachelor of Business (Property) from the University of South Australia.

He loves his pets, is a massive sci-fi buff, and is partial to a decent drop of red.
