The Board of Directors of KM Property Funds announced today that Jennifer Bolger has assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer (‘CFO’) with immediate effect.

Ms. Bolger takes over the CFO role previously fulfilled by Mary Barnett, who continues as the Director of Finance at KordaMentha, a position Ms. Barnett has held since joining the firm in 2009. 

Chair of the Board, Jim Walsh, thanked Ms. Barnett for her service as CFO to KM Property Funds from 2017 to 2020: “We thank Mary for her important contribution to the establishment of the property funds management business over the past three years.”

Mr. Walsh went on to say: “We are also delighted to welcome Jennifer as the new CFO. Jennifer has been responsible for the preparation of the funds’ financial accounts since 2017 and is very familiar with the business. We look forward to employing her invaluable skills to great advantage as KM Property Funds moves into its next growth phase.”

Ms. Bolger is a Chartered Accountant with more than 25 years’ experience in investment appraisal, modelling, budgets, tax, and financial reporting.

She joined KordaMentha in 2010 as Senior Investment and Tax Manager. Before then, Ms. Bolger was the global financial controller for an FTSE100 and NASDAQ listed company in New York and London for ten years. She started her career with PwC working in Australia, Indonesia, and Russia.

Ms. Bolger holds a Bachelor of Business (Accountancy) and a Bachelor of Laws from the Queensland University of Technology.
