Terrace Office Park Property Fund owns Terrace Office Park in Fortitude Valley, one of Brisbane’s premier office park districts. It is a unique property on the northern side of and close to Brisbane’s CBD. The Fund acquired the property on behalf of a small group of investors in January 2020 at a valuation price of $34.0 million.
