NewActon East Property Fund consists of the commercial component of the award-winning NewActon East development, an eight-level mixed-use project that is home to the headquarters of the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC).
The property is situated three kilometres from Parliament House and includes 7,503 sq.m of total lettable area, made up of ground floor office and retail space, four levels of office space occupied by the ACCC, and 115 car parking spaces.
In 2014, the NewActon precinct took home a major design award, when it was a joint winner of the Australia Award for Urban Design's Delivered Outcome – Large Scale category. The following year, Fender Katsalidis Architects took out the Walter Burley Griffin Award for urban design at the 2015 National Architecture Awards.
